Debsirin Nonthaburi School is a sizable institution. According to official records from the 2025 academic year, the school served approximately 3,100 students and employed 147 teachers. The campus is located in Nonthaburi province, which forms part of the greater Bangkok metropolitan area.

Weapon and Investigation

Images purportedly from the scene showed a semi-automatic pistol, a type of firearm described as commonly available in Thailand, along with dozens of 9mm cartridges. The circulation of these images on social media has added to public alarm, though authorities have not officially confirmed the weapon's origin or how the student obtained it.
